ARCADIA, Calif. – Cal Lutheran women's golf closed out its season with a fourth-place finish at the 2026 SCIAC Championships, held April 23-25 at the Santa Anita Golf Course.
The Regals posted a three-day total of +52, opening the tournament at +14 before slipping to +18 in round two and +20 in the final round. Despite the team's gradual slide, Cal Lu still secured a strong top-four finish in a competitive conference field.
Caroline Morris led the way for the Regals, finishing sixth overall at +3. She delivered one of the most consistent performances in the field, carding rounds of 73-73-73 to anchor the lineup all tournament long.
Maya Dela Rama also turned in an impressive showing, cracking the top 10 with a ninth-place finish at +8. After opening with a 74, she battled through a tougher second round before closing strong with another 74 on the final day.
Brooke Alderson placed 19th overall at +16, highlighted by a solid second-round 74 that helped stabilize the Regals' scoring in the middle of the tournament.
Victoria Ruiz finished tied for 27th at +26, while
Anna Poulin rounded out the lineup in 31st at +34.
Claremont-Mudd-Scripps captured the team title at even par, followed by Pomona-Pitzer and Redlands, with the Regals finishing just behind the top three.
The fourth-place finish marks another competitive showing for Cal Lutheran on the conference stage, led by a pair of standout top-10 individual performances.
