BEAUMONT, California – Cal Lutheran men's golf traveled east to the Morongo Golf Course at Tukwet Canyon to compete in the 2024 Bulldog Fall Invitational. Hosted by fellow SCIAC member University of Redlands, the Kingsmen finished fifth of 10 teams in the two-day, three-round tournament. Cal Lutheran was represented by Tanner Stewart, Blake Fitzhugh, Adam Cartozian, Hudson Solters, and Jackson Stitt. Morongo GC plays as a par 72 with an even par 36 on both the front and back nines.

Solters started his first round strongly, dropping in an eagle on the par-4 hole 3 and following that up with a birdie on the par-5 hole 4. He would finish with a 33 on the front nine and a 74 on the round. Stitt managed to match his teammate with an eagle of his own on the par-5 hole 9, ending the round with a 73. Stewart paced the Kingsmen with a 70 in round 1, highlighted by five birdies and 10 pars.

Cartozian scored an even par in his second round, with two of his three birdies coming in the front nine on his way to a 34. Fitzhugh and Solters each dropped in three birdies on their way to a 75 and 74, respectively.

Round 3 brought some early excitement as the five Kingsmen combined for 10 birdies and two eagles on the front nine. Cartozian and Stitt both eagled the ninth hole, making that the second time in three rounds that Stitt eagled that hole. Stewart rode five birdies to finish under par at 71, while Fitzhugh landed six birdies on his way to an even par. Stitt would also finish with an even par.

Overall, Cal Lutheran finished fifth at +14 with individual scores of: Stewart +1, 10th; Fitzhugh +6, 22nd; Cartozian +9, 31st; Solters +10, 34th; Stitt +10, 34th. This marked the Kingsmen's final tournament of the fall season.
