THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – Cal Lutheran Athletics has announced the addition of
Jannelle Ha as an Athletic Trainer for the 2026-27 academic year.
Ha joins the Kingsmen and Regals after spending the previous two years as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Pomona-Pitzer. A former collegiate softball student-athlete, she competed at fellow Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) institution Whittier College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology. Ha later earned her Master of Science in Athletic Training from California State University, Long Beach.
"We're excited to welcome Jannelle to our sports medicine family," said Head Athletic Trainer Cody Owens. "With valuable experience competing and working in Division III athletics and within the highly respected SCIAC, she brings a strong understanding of the student-athlete experience and commitment to providing exceptional care and support. Her experience, knowledge, and passion for athletic training will be a tremendous addition to our program."
Ha officially joined the Cal Lutheran athletic training staff on August 3 and will work alongside the department's sports medicine team in serving the university's 23 varsity programs.
