THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – The Cal Lutheran women's water polo team earned Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) All-Academic Team honors for Spring 2026, while 14 Regals received individual recognition.
As a team, Cal Lu posted a 3.50 grade point average during the 2025-26 academic year.
Eight Regals earned "Outstanding" recognition (3.71-4.00 GPA):
Chloe Gardhouse,
Gabby Gillott,
Izzy de Souza,
Jacqueline Brandon,
Kelsee Espitia,
Miranda Miller,
Olivia Hurley and
Sophie Raquel.
Five student-athletes received "Superior" honors (3.41-3.70 GPA):
Clarisa Robles,
Franki Court,
Waileia Lee,
Natalie Favazzo and
Reyna Clark.
Aleaha Gonzalez rounded out the honorees by earning "Excellent" recognition (3.20-3.40 GPA).
To be eligible for ACWPC All-Academic recognition, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.20, and their head coach must be a current ACWPC member. This year, over 1,000 student-athletes from 56 institutions earned recognition.
