ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – Cal Lutheran University earned two SCIAC Athlete of the Week honors as Kaiya Mack and Lauren Lohmeier delivered championship-caliber performances for the Regals, the conference announced Monday.

Women's Basketball – Offensive
Mack, a junior guard from Anaheim, California, fueled a title-clinching week for Cal Lutheran, averaging 22.0 points and 11.5 rebounds per game while leading the Regals to two victories to outright secure the regular-season championship.

In the win over Pomona-Pitzer, Mack erupted for a team-high 27 points on an ultra-efficient 9-of-13 shooting performance, knocking down 3-of-5 from three-point range and 6-of-7 from the free throw line. She added 11 rebounds to complete the double-double, along with an assist, a block, and a steal.

She followed that effort with another team-high showing in the regular-season finale against Occidental, scoring 17 points while going 3-of-4 from beyond the arc and 6-of-8 at the line. Mack secured her second consecutive double-double with 12 rebounds and filled the stat sheet with four assists, a steal, and a block.

Across the week, Mack shot 57 percent from the field and 50 percent from three-point range, delivering in the biggest moments to clinch the outright conference crown.

Women's Water Polo – Offensive
Lohmeier, a senior attacker from Mission Viejo, California, powered the Regals' conference-opening statement with a dominant performance in a 25-3 victory over La Verne.

She scored six goals and added an assist to account for seven total points, leading the offensive surge from start to finish.

With the performance, Lohmeier continues to pace the Regals offensively, leading the team with 26 goals on the season.
