Olivia Suarez converted game-winning goals in both of Cal Lutheran's victories this past week and was named SCIAC Offensive Athlete of the Week (AOW) for her performances.

On Wednesday at Occidental, Suarez put a header over the opposing goalie early in the second half of a 1-0 Regals win. To follow that up on Saturday, she knocked in a last-minute goal through the opposing keeper's hands to take down La Verne 2-1.

The goals were the team-leading fifth and sixth of the season for the 5'4" senior midfielder from Stevenson Ranch, CA. This is her first SCIAC AOW in 2025 and the fourth for Cal Lutheran this year.

Suarez and the Regals sit at 7-2 in SCIAC play, tied for second in the conference. They will host Chapman on Wednesday evening at 7pm.
