Cal Lutheran libero
Keegan Corley was named SCIAC Defensive Athlete of the Week (AOW) for her quality play during the Regals' 3-0 week in which they defeated Occidental, Chapman, and Whittier. The Regals dropped just two sets across those three matches.
Corley continued her stellar defensive play, recording 58 digs in 11 sets (5.27 per set). She now sits at 5.80 digs/set, which ranks among the top 20 nationally in that category. Able to contribute offensively as well, Corley added 19 assists and 3 service aces this past week.
This marks the second time Corley has been honored with a SCIAC Defensive AOW this season. Corley and Cal Lutheran will look to continue their success at home tomorrow when Pomona-Pitzer comes to Thousand Oaks.
