THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – The Kingsmen picked up their fourth win in a row as they put together a landslide win over the Franklin and Marshall. Cal Lutheran scored a run in every inning and shut out the Diplomats,15-0.
In the first inning,
Jona Dawson ripped a two-RBI single and
Josh Quinn continued his hot streak with a double that scored two more.
Wyatt Crosby touched home on a passed ball in the second, and
Kai Caranto also scored on a wild pitch to take a 6-0 lead.
The Kingsmen capitalized on three based-loaded walks in the third. Caranto and
Alec Garcia both got hit by pitches, while
Lucas Danielewicz drew ball four to add three runs.
Carlos Vega chimed in in the fourth with an RBI single to score Quinn. Four more RBI singles over the fifth and sixth innings from
Troy Anderson,
Jacob Blickenderfer, Garcia, and Quinn finished the 15-run win.
JJ Frazier made it back on the mound today for the first inning and held the Diplomats to just one hit.

Michael Smith,
Liam Kropp, and
Aidan Buntich came in in relief and combined for six strikeouts. Quinn had three hits and four RBIs, while Garcia had two hits with two RBIs.
The Kingsmen aim to push their streak to five when they take on Dickinson College at home on Wednesday, March 12, at 1:00 p.m.
