AZUSA, Calif. — Cal Lutheran Track & Field had three women and one male compete at the APU Last Chance meet on Friday and Saturday.
Sarah Bjornson, Carly Christensen, Jennyfer Hernandez Rosas, and Eric Talbert were all in action for the Regals and Kingsmen.
On Friday, Christensen and Hernandez Rosas competed in the 100 meters while Talbert raced in the 10000-meter run. Christensen placed 47th as she clocked a time of 12.91 seconds. Hernandez Rosas recorded a personal best and was 48thwith 13.07. Talbert was 21st in the 10000-meter and crossed the finish line with 32:43.01.
Sarah Bjornson competed in the high jump and pole vault on Saturday. She placed 12th in both events. She was recorded 3.28 meters in the pole vault and cleared 1.56m in the high jump.
The teams have one final chance to qualify for the NCAA Championship. The Redlands Final Qualifier is on Wednesday and Thursday.
