GAME ONE: Regals 4, Eagles 5 (F/8)
After the Eagles (2-0) scored the game's first run in the bottom of the first inning, starting pitcher
Ally Forbell (0-2) put up zeros in the second and third innings to allow the Regals offense to capture the lead in the top of the fourth.

Brooke DeSmet singled with one out.
Nadia Collins got the Regals on the board with an RBI single,
Ahlyssa Guzman gave them the lead with a sacrifice fly, and

The Regals led 4-2 going into the bottom of the sixth inning, but the Eagles chipped away to force extra innings, scoring one run in the sixth and another in the seventh to extend the game.
Forbell pitched 7.0 innings and allowed five runs (four earned) on nine hits and three walks while striking out two.
Casey Edwards (0-2) pitched the eighth and took the decision loss.
