It was a strong night at the line for the Kingsmen, who shot 20-24 as a team.
The Kingsmen got off to a rocky start, facing a 16 point deficit at the half. They came out hot in the second half though, outscoring the Titans 51-47, although it ultimately wasn't enough.Â
Seniors
Nick Attanasio and
Tommy Griffitts also contributed double digit points, with 15 and 11 respectively.Â
Coach
Russell White said facing completely unfamiliar squads is highly beneficial and that it provides a much needed challenge.Â
"It is terrific for our team to get tested like this early in the season. We should reap the benefits down the road," White said.Â
The Kingsmen are back in action on Saturday in a consolation game against #9 Calvin at 3 P.M. PST/5 P.M. CST.Â
