LOS ANGELES. — No. 4 Cal Lutheran men's soccer kicks off the SCIAC Tournament at No. 1 Occidental on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
The Kingsmen are headed to their third consecutive SCIAC Tournament, the best streak in program history. They won the tournament in 2017.

The winner of the game will face No. 2 Redlands or No. 3 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, at the highest remaining seed, with a chance to win the SCIAC Tournament and a spot in the NCAA Tournament. The SCIAC final is on Saturday with location and time to be determined.
Tickets are $10 advance purchase online or $10 cash only on-site. SCIAC students, faculty, and staff with institution ID and children under 12 are free.
Maximo Schelotto leads the way with six goals, JP Melgoza is next with five, and Max Scott has four. Four Kingsmen have scored twice and five have added one. Samir Lumba, Melgoza, Kai Nemoto, and Joel Wollin have two assists each.
Davis Sharts has been in goal for 15 games and has a record of 5-3-4. He has five solo shutouts and one combined shutout. He has a goals-against-average of 1.20 and made 47 saves.
The defense has six shutouts on the year and has a plus-goal differential of seven. The backline is patrolled by Preston Fleming, Jack Gominiak, Aidan Johnston, Ching Leung, Lumba, and Tyler Sherard
