After the break, in the 56th minute, Yepez and Kuntz teamed up again in the. Tyler Pasco passed a ball from mid field to Yepez, who drew a foul within 10 yards of the goal, earning CLU a free kick. Kuntz went on to convert the opportunity into the second Cal Lutheran goal of the game as the ball rattled off the crossbar and behind the goalie, bouncing in for the score.
With the game nearly locked up as time wound down, CLU added a pair with Yepez scoring his second of the game at the 86:34 mark before Kyle Fleming who fired off five total shots in the game, finally found the back of the net, on an assist from Pedro Guillen.
