2016 (Water Polo)
Appeared in 31 games, making nine starts in her final season of collegiate water polo…came on strong late in the season and played a key role as a well-balanced player…recorded 32 steals, 15 drawn ejections, 12 assists and a field block…finished with 12 goals on 38 attempts for a .316 shooting percentage…had 10 multi-steal games with three in a game four times…also notched three multi-goal games and three multi-drawn ejection games while handing out two assists in a pair of games…shot 2-for-2 against both Chapman (March 19) and La Verne (March 26)…in final tournament for CLU, scored a goal with an assist, three steals and a season-high four-drawn ejections against Redlands (April 23) at the SCIAC Championships.
2015 (Water Polo)
Appeared in all 29 games in her first season for the Regals, earning three starts…made her CLU debut against CSU Monterey Bay (Feb. 13) where she had one steal along with a goal…finished with 27 steals, 13 drawn ejections, 11 goals, six assists and four field blocks…recorded two goals, two field blocks and a season-high four steals against Sonoma State (Feb. 15).
Los Angeles Pierce College
Attended for two years and competed in water polo and swim…earned First Team Defensive honors…went undefeated in first year and won conference…in second season went undefeated again but lost in the finals.
Agoura High School
Graduated in 2012…played water polo all four years for the Chargers.

Full name: Mary Agnes Kurzeka…born on Mar. 11, 1994 in West Hills, Calif.…parents are Lynda and John…has two brothers, Andrew who played volleyball at Pepperdine and Peter who played water polo at USC…has two dogs, Becker and Hannah…chose CLU for the closeness to home and small school size…majoring in Communication.
