Carly Rose Howard was named to the Cal Lutheran women's volleyball coaching staff in the summer of 2020. She primarily works with the liberos/defensive specialists and pin hitters.

Howard attended Cal Lutheran and played on the Regal's Volleyball team from 2016-2019. In the season record book, she is fifth with 467 digs and ninth with 448. For her career, she has 1,129 digs which are seventh-most in Regal's Volleyball history.

She received a B.S. in criminal justice in 2020.
