2018 (Volleyball)
Helped the Regals earn an at-large berth to the 2018 NCAA Championship… in her senior season, she competed in 11 matches and 23 sets as a defensive specialist… tallied a season-high 16 digs against Clarkson (Sept. 8)… recorded 33 digs, four assists and two service aces...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the fourth time.
2017 (Volleyball)
Played in 15 matches including 35 sets as a junior for the Regals...had a career-high of 18 digs against Trinity (Sept. 2) and again against Pacific Lutheran (Sept. 9)...finished with 11 assists and 81 digs... Inducted into the Scholar-Athlete Society for the third time.
2016 (Volleyball)
Sidelined most of the season due to injury…appeared in one match and played two sets against Occidental on Sept. 27...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the second time.
2015 (Volleyball)
Member of 2015 NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball National Championship team, first NCAA title in school history...credits being on that team as her most vast memory of CLU athletics...appeared in seven matches and eight sets during her freshman campaign…made her CLU debut against Carthage on Sept. 5 and played two sets while recording a dig and one block…finished the season with three digs...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the first time.
West Orange High School
Graduated from West Orange HS in 2015…was a member of the volleyball team…her junior and senior year she was the highest rated passer, most career digs, highest team serving percentage, was Bright House Athlete of the Week…was team captain her senior year and was named All-Metro League her junior year.

Full name: CJ Ewing O’Brien…born May 29, 1997 in Indianapolis, Ind.…parents are Kurt and Dottie…has three brothers, Colby, Noah and Cooper…family is currently residing in Windermere, Fla.…greatest personal sports moment was helping lead her high school team to the first district victory since 1997 during her senior year...spent the summer 2017 doing a shark tagging internship in Miami, Fla. and has also participated in Conch SCUBA research in the Exumas Bahamas & Conservation...started the CLU Dive Club on campus with assistant coach Judd.
