2022
Named to the All-SCIAC Second Team, the first Regal to ever receive the honor… Played 15 games as a goalkeeper, starting 11 of them… Had a SCIAC leading 170 saves which ranked 34th in the nation… 11.33 saves per game ranked 23rd in the nation… Collected a team leading 42 ground balls and caused 13 turnovers.

2021
Was a member of the Regals lacrosse program... Inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society.

2020
Mendez played on California Lutheran’s first lacrosse team in history… played in six games at goalkeeper… started six games of her junior season… scored six goals… tallied forty saves… contributed thirteen ground balls… added thirteen shots with nine shots on goal… caused three turnovers… she made her collegiate debut on Feb. 19 versus Redlands… had a season high of five goals against Chapman (March 3).

Played four years of varsity lacrosse for the Regents...Named All-Region MVP...Received First Team All-County honors three times.

From Thousand Oaks, Calif...Majoring in Business Marketing...Greatest personal sports memory is, "Playing in the SoCal All-Region All-Star game and being awarded MVP of the tournament."...Chose Cal Lutheran because, "CLU is in an amazing community where everybody is so friendly and welcoming.
