                        2018-19 (Basketball)  
Competed in 18 games in her senior season for the Regals, starting 13 of those games at the post position, averaging 17.4 minutes per game… Led the team with 5.9 rebounds per game and 53.3 shooting percentage… averaged a total of 5.1 points per game with four double-digit performances in her senior campaign...had a season-high 13 points against Redlands (Feb. 13)...tallied a total of 107 rebounds, 13 steals and six blocks on the season...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the second time.
2017-2018 (Basketball) 
 Appeared in 26 games and started 24 of them for the Regals…in her junior season she averaged 22.6 minutes per game and 8.2 points per game…lead the team with a totaled 259 rebounds…dished out 32 assists with 32 steals and 16 blocks…with a field goal averaged of 46.6 percent (90-193) …had a season high 21 rebounds against Pacific…lead the team in 6 double-doubles to round out the year... inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the first time. 
San Francisco State University
 Played basketball there for two years…individual high school honors include CCAA All-Academic honors (2015 and ’16) Gator Scholar Athlete and a SAAC Representative.
Coronado High School
 Graduated in 2015…played three years of varsity basketball and also competed in track…competed in the 4A Sunrise Southeast League…individual high school honors include scholar athlete, First Team All-Conference, varsity captain, team MVP (2015), All-State honors to Nevada State Girls Basketball Team (2015) and graduated with an Advanced Honors Diploma…greatest personal sports moment is being named First Team All-Conference and getting a scholarship to continue my education and play basketball at SFSU and now CLU.

 Full name: Kayla Watterson…born June 28, 1997 in Las Vegas, Nev….mom is Kristy, has a brother named Justin who plays basketball and runs track & field at Coronado HS…has volunteered with Working Cougar Camp, Bears For Love Historian, Best Buddies, YMCA work and Glyde Food Kitchen…enjoys playing basketball because she loves the competition and how much it pushes me past my limits as an athlete and person…is majoring in marketing communications at CLU.
