2018-19 (Basketball) 
Competed in 14 games in her sophomore season for the Regals, starting eight at the forward position… Shot 36.8 percent from the floor, 33.3 percent from behind the three-point arc and 75.0 percent from the free throw line… Second amongst the team with 4.4 rebounds per game… had a season high 19 points against Pomona-Pitzer (Jan. 14)... Was just one point short of a double-double against Babson (Dec. 18) with nine points and ten boards… tallied a total of 61 rebounds, 10 assists and nine steals on the season.

2017-2018 (Basketball) 
Appeared in 17 games and stated 1 in her freshman season…she averaged 15.9 minutes per game and averaged 6.8 points per game…handed out 16 assists and 7 steals for the Regals…had a season high 18 points against Whittier…recorded 11 rebounds against Claremont…scored in double digits in 6 games.

Gov. John R. Rogers High School
Graduated in 2017…competed for the Rams in the South Puget Sound League…played varsity basketball and earned a letter three times…individual high school honors include First Team All-League three times (2015-17), three-time 4A SPSL First Team honoree (2015-17), the leading scorer in the SPSL in 2016, a two-time Team MVP in 2016 and 2017, was a top-three All-Area Scorer, an All-State Team nominee in 2016 and is a two-time Tacoma Athletic Comission Female Athlete of th Year Nominee (2016 and 2017)...she played on the Northwest Blazers AAU Team.

Full name: Jessi Rachel Westering…born Sept. 14, 1998 in Tacoma, Wash….parents are Scott and Susan…has a sister named Jordan who played basketball at PLU and a brother named Kellen who plays Football at PLU…has volunteered at Special Olympics for three years and for Athletes in Action…enjoys playing basketball for the opportunity to compete…chose CLU because of the people here…is majoring in exercise science with a minor in sports psychology…career aspirations are be a collegiate strength and conditioning coach and eventually coach a college basketball team.
