Has the seventh-most saves in program history with 327… Helped the Kingsmen to the most wins in a season (22) in program history… Started eight of the 13 games he played in and had a record of 8-3… Made 143 saves with only 106 goals against… Added 10 steals and three assists... SCIAC Defenisve Athlete of the Week.
2020
Started two games during his senior season… In goal, he made 23 saves and had three steals... Inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society.
2019
Salandi played in nine games at goalkeeper, earning seven starts... he made 63 saves on the year… had a season-high 13 saves vs Conn. College on Sept. 7… finished the season with eight steals and two assists... inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the first time.
2018
The Kingsmen tallied the most wins (16) for a season in program history… in his sophomore season, he competed in 12 games and made five starts in goal… set a career-high in saves with 14 against Caltech (Oct. 20) and Penn St.-Behrend (Sept. 15)… for the season, he tallied 91 saves, seven assists and three steals.
2017
In his freshman season for the Kingsmen he appeared in one game…he ended the season with 7 saves and 1 assist.
Hoover High School
Graduated in 2017…played three years of varsity water polo and two years of varsity baseball for the Tornados…named Second Team All-CIF Division II and First Team All-League in 2017 and named MiraCosta Tournament MVP…Honorable Mention All-League in 2016…reached the quarterfinals in CIF Division II in 2017.
