2018 (Water Polo)
The Kingsmen tallied the most wins (16) for a season in program history… in his freshman season, he competed in one game as a goalkeeper… made his debut for Cal Lutheran against Austin College (Oct. 20). He had two saves and added one assist...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the first time.

Notre Dame High School
Graduated in 2018...played four years of water polo and was also a member of the swim team, earning three varsity letters for water polo...earned Second Team All-Mission League...earned the title team captain

Full Name: John Hirn…born August 12, 2000…parents are John and Mitchell Hirn...has one sibling Christin who plays water polo at Cal Lutheran… family resides in Simi Valley, Calif… chose CLU because of the location and it was the school he wanted to attend...majoring in exercise science
