2015 (Water Polo)
Started all 24 games in which he appeared as a senior…capped off his four-year career as one of the most balanced players in the pool, finishing second on the team in steals (25), third in goals (30) and fourth in assists (18)…earned 22 drawn ejections and added four steals…took 84 shots for a .411 shooting percentage…throughout his career he quietly moved into numerous CLU all-time Top-10 categories an attacker…currently 4th in goals (114) and assists (87)…also 12th in steals (96) and has 60 career drawn ejections…for a single-season he is fourth for assists with 32 in 2012…Franklin was a leader in and out of the pool.
2014 (Water Polo)
Started 20 of the 24 games he appeared in as a junior…one of six players to appear in all contests in 2014…one of the most consistent and balanced players on the roster…finished second on the team with 28 goals, tied for third with 14 assists and tied for fifth most steals on the team by nabbing 23…added 14 drawn ejections and a field block against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (Oct. 22) as well…had five multi-goal games including two hat-tricks…season-best came with four goals against Gannon (Oct. 3)…produced four multi-assist games and five-multi-steal games…drew two ejections in four different games…season-best of four assists took place against LA Valley College in a game that he contributed two goals, two drawn ejections and a steal as well…against La Verne (Nov. 23) tallied four steals and scored a hat-trick during the season finale…earned ACWPC All-Academic recognition.
2013 (Water Polo)
Started 28 of the 29 games in which he appeared…led the Kingsmen in assists with 23 and was second with 33 goals…broke into the career Top-10 for assists (55) as 10th…added 19 steals and two field blocks defensively…chipped in with 13 drawn ejections…produced seven multi-goal games…scored five times against La Verne (Nov. 6)…had five multi-assist contests with four against both Iona (Oct. 4) and La Verne (Nov. 6)…recorded three multi-steal games with three in the game against La Verne (Nov. 6)…also drew two ejections against Iona...earned ACWPC All-Academic recogntion.
2012 (Water Polo)
In inaugural season he appeared in all 29 games, earning nine starts as a true freshman with his first start coming against Princeton…credits his first game with CLU as his greatest personal sports moment…made an immediate impact for the Kingsmen…dished out a team-leading 32 assists, which ranks him fourth in a single-season at Cal Lutheran…was fourth on the squad with 29 steals…netted 23 goals and drew 11 ejections…also recorded three field blocks…earned ACWPC All-Academic recognition.
