Was a member of the Kingsmen football program.

2019
Played in eight games at a variety of positions... ran the ball six times for 25 yards... caught nine passes for 82 yards... had five kick returns for 141 yards, averaging 28.2 per return... he caught three passes for a season high 41 yards against Pomona-Pitzer (Oct. 19)… Had a kick return for 47 yards against Occidental (Oct. 5).

2018
He competed in all ten games for the Kingsmen at a variety of positions… He recorded 7 rushes for 38 yards including one 35 yard rushing touchdown against Whittier (Nov. 10)… He contributed four receptions for 40 yards including an eight yard touchdown catch against Pacific (Sept. 15).

2017
Played in five games as a freshman… Recorded one carry for three yards against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps… Also returned a punt for five yards versus Whittier.

Salesian High School
Graduated in 2017…played football for four years for the Mustangs…helped his team win the 2013 CIF Championship…his greatest personal sports moment is playing varsity as a freshman and scoring nine touchdowns.

Full name: Urael Blackshear (pronounced You-rell)…mom is Tracy Blackshear…has two brothers, Andrew Young III and Warren Blackshear…has a dog named King…he enjoys playing football because he gets to compete and have fun…majoring in political science with career aspirations to be a lawyer, politician and businessman…volunteered for the Los Angeles Mayor’s Youth Council and at Pacific Kim…he chose CLU because it was the best opportunity for him to succeed.
