THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — Cal Lutheran men's basketball is the No. 1 seed in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Tournament and will host No. 4 Chapman on Friday at 7 pm.
Tournament Central
The Kingsmen are in the SCIAC Tournament for the third consecutive year. The other semifinal matchup is No. 3 Pomona-Pitzer at No. 2 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. The championship will be played on Saturday at the lowest remaining seed. The time is TBD.
Tickets are $10 advance purchase online or $10 cash only on-site. SCIAC students, faculty, and staff with institutional ID and children under 12 are free. The apparel purchase link is here.
The Athletics Department is also hosting a Pre-Game Social. On Friday from 5-7 pm in the Lundring Events Center. General Admission is $20 and faculty and staff can get in for $10. Register here.
The Kingsmen claimed their first SCIAC Regular Season Championship since 2015. The Kingsmen are looking for back-to-back SCIAC Tournament Championships and their second overall. The team has now made 10 SCIAC Tournament appearances.
