THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — No. 1 Cal Lutheran women's soccer starts the SCIAC Tournament and will host No. 4 Chapman on Thursday at 7 p.m.
The Regals, the SCIAC Regular Season Champions and undefeated, are back in the SCIAC Tournament and have been there every year. They now have 17 tournament appearances and won two titles.

The winner of the game will face No. 2 Pomona-Pitzer or No. 3 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, at the highest remaining seed, with a chance to win the SCIAC Tournament and a spot in the NCAA Tournament. The SCIAC final is on Saturday with the location and time to be determined.
Tickets are $10 advance purchase online or $10 cash only on-site. SCIAC students, faculty, and staff with institution ID and children under 12 are free.
Isabella Veljacic leads the way with eight goals and three assists. Ashley Escamilla is next with five goals, Elisa Shott has four, Avery West has added three, and Eden Quiroz and Adriana Maroney have two. The scoring comes from all over the field as 11 more Regals have one goal.
Logan Duford has spent the majority of the season in goal and is undefeated at 9-0-3. She has seven shutouts, 29 saves, and a save percentage of .784. She has only allowed eight goals and has a goals-against-average of 0.59.
The defense has been dominant with 11 shutouts this year. The group of Savana Durr, Ally Fisicaro, Maddie Fahey, and West have impressed and allowed just eight goals all year. Cal Lutheran is scoring 1.94 goals per game while only allowing 0.44.
