MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - This morning Cal Lutheran junior point guard Arik Smith was featured as the main story of the D3hoops.com website. Smith has not only smoothly transitioned into the Kingsmen basketball program, but has led the Violet and Gold to one of the best starts in program history in 2013-14.

Josh Smith, a writer for d3hoops.com, talked with A. Smith and head coach Rich Rider and produced a great story in the Around the Region section of the site.

Cal Lutheran (12-2, 3-2 SCIAC) is on the road tonight in a Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) showdown with the undefeated Stags of Claremont-Mudd-Scripps at 7:30 p.m.
