Serrano (Garden Grove, Calif.) blocked a punt that was returned for what proved to be the decisive touchdown to put Cal Lutheran up 38-7 in the third quarter before Southwestern (Texas) University mounted a furious rally for a final score of 41-35. He also made four tackles and broke up a pass in the secondary.
