Burrage (Phoenix, Ariz.) earned the award for the second time this year. Burrage’s suffocating defense helped No. 14 Cal Lutheran hold its opponents to just 61.5 points per game, with the Kinsmen forcing 15 turnovers out of Chapman University and holding RV Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges All-America Josh Angle to just seven points. Burrage also contributed 17 points, six rebounds, two assists, and two steals.
