Was a member of the Regal’s track and field program… Competed in the 1500m, mile, 3000S, and 4x400m in 7 meets this season… Competed at SCIAC Championships placing 44th in the 1500m with a time of 5:52.31.
2023
Competed in 9 meets this season, in 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 3000S, and mile events… At the SCIAC Championship meet, placed 12th in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 12:55.84… Top individual finish was 3rd in the 3000m steeplechase in the SCIAC Multi-Dual 2 meet.
2022
Competed at 8 meets… Finished 5th with a career best time of 5:54.71 in the mile at the Moorpark Open… Set a career best time of 2:35.85 in the 800m to finish 8th at the Redlands Invitational… Ran a career best time of 5:17.04 in the 1500m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite… Won the 4x400m at the SCIAC 4-Way.

Competed for cross country, track and field, and swim in the Suburban 12 League… Earned Academic All-Conference seven times... MVP... Swim team captain... Three-time sectionals qualifier in cross country... Second Team All-State in track... Earned the Scholar- athlete award four times… Second place at state in 2019… National Honor’s Society... Rho Kappa... National Science Honor Society... Summa Cum Laude.

Hometown is Maryland Heights, Missouri… Majoring in environmental science... Parents are Richard and Larissa… Sibling is Aaron… Choose Cal Lutheran because “I wanted to be able to form personal relationships with professors. I also liked that I could play my sport and remain focused on academics.”… Volunteered with church choir, Veteran's Day breakfast, mission trips to Houston and Chicago, and SPCA.
