Competed in the 800m, 1500m, mile, and 5000m events… Placed 31st in the 1500m (5:28.48) and 44th in the 5000m (19:41.92) at the SCIAC Track & Field Championships… Earned a 5th place finish in the 5000m at the Westmont Collegiate Classic with a time of 20:24.10… Competed in nine total meets throughout the season.
2024
Competed in the 800m, 1500m, and 3000m… Competed at SCIAC Championships and placed 40th in the 1500m with a time of 5:53.12… Top career performances were 5:16.91 in the 1500m and 11:42.72 in the 3000m.
2023
Competed in seven meets his freshman season, in 800m and 1500m events… At the SCIAC Championship, placed 30th in the 800m with a time of 2:40.41… Top finish was 11th in the 800m at the SCIAC Multi-Dual 2 Meet.

Competed in cross country and track and field in the WESCO league… Distance team captain as a junior and senior… National Honor Society.

Hometown is Everett, Washington… Majoring in multimedia with an emphasis in graphic design… Parents are Kimberly and Krestian… Siblings are Noah and Maegan… Chose Cal Lutheran because “of the location and atmosphere of the school.”... Volunteered with Advent Lutheran Church's Vacation Bible School, Snohomish Food Bank, and Sno King Youth Club.
