Competed in nine meets as a sophomore, swimming seven different events…Advanced to the finals in the 100-yard and 200-yard backstroke at the SCIAC Championships, placing 12th and fourth, respectively…Also competed in the 50-yard freestyle and the 200-yard and 400-yard medley relays…Time of 1:51.78 in the 200 back was a personal best and ranks second all-time at Cal Lutheran.

Competed in 21 total events during his first season with the Kingsmen…Primarily swam the 100-yard and 200-yard backstroke…Recorded personal bests of 1:53.58 in the 200-yard and 52.09 in the 100-yard…Also competed in the 50-yard backstroke and 50-yard freestyle.
