Camp Details
- Cal Lutheran Athletics is hosting a clinic for girls ages 10-14 interested in flag football!
- Campers will receive:
- Static and Dynamic Warm-Up and Cool-Down Techniques
- Rules and Strategy Education
- Individual Position and Team Offensive and Defensive Concepts, Skills, and Drills
- Fun Games!
- Check-in begins at 8:30 am
Cost
- $50 per camper per day, or $150 for the week
What to Bring/Wear
- Athletic clothing
- Shorts/Leggings
- Athletic shoes (non-metal cleats or turf shoes recommended)
- Mouthguard
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- A great attitude!
