Camp Details
- Cal Lutheran Athletics is hosting a day camp for kids ages 9-12 interested in flag football!
- Campers will receive:
- Player Profile
- Static and Dynamic Warm-Up and Cool-Down Techniques
- Rules and Strategy Education
- Individual Position and Team Offensive and Defensive Concepts, Skills, and Drills
- Daily Discussions on Sportsmanship, Injury Prevention/Sport Safety, Academics, Nutrition, etc.
- Fun Games!
- Check-in begins at 8:30 am.
Cost
What to Bring/Wear
- Athletic clothing (light colors to reflect heat recommended)
- Shorts/Leggings (NO pockets)
- Athletic shoes (non-metal cleats or turf shoes recommended)
- Mouthguard
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- A great attitude!

You may cancel your camp registration for any reason until 2 weeks before the camp and receive a refund of $250/$315 (less $25 administration fee per camper). Cancellations within 2 weeks are non-refundable.
