Adrian Francis

Basketball

Adrian Francis totaled 64 points, 32 rebounds and 19 assists for averages of 21.3 points, 10.7 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game while leading the Kingsmen to a 2-1 record over the past week and was named to the Thrivent Financial All-Tournament Team. The junior guard fell one assist shy of a triple-double after tallying 20 points, 13 rebounds and nine assists in an 88-68 win over Geneva (Pa.) and added 22 points, nine rebounds and five assists in a narrow 85-78 loss to Tufts. In the first SCIAC game for CLU, Francis had another strong all-around game with 22 points, 10 rebounds and five assists to lead the Kingsmen past Pomona-Pitzer 70-63.  


Matthew Fink

Swimming & Diving

Matthew Fink was honored with the Chris Knorr Leadership Award at the Third Annual Chris Knorr Invitational over the weekend and played an instrumental role in the 400 Free Relay and 400 Medley Relay victories. Teaming up with Zach Loza, Zach Zamecki and Jack Acompora, Fink anchored the group that combined to go 3:18.03 in the 400 Free Relay to wrap up the day. The senior also competed in the 100 free and 200 free where he recorded times of 55.24 and 2:05.51, respectively. 


Chelsea Jacoby

Basketball

Chelsea Jacoby helped lead the Regals to a perfect 4-0 record over winter break with totals of 48 points, 24 rebounds, 18 assists, 14 steals and five blocks. The senior guard started the break off with an all-around game of 14 points, seven assists, six rebounds, four steals and three blocks as CLU defeated Pacific (Ore.) 65-60. Jacoby averaged 10 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals over the next two victories against UC Santa Cruz and Pacific Lutheran, and she notched 14 points while grabbing four more steals in a SCIAC win against Pomona-Pitzer.
